624 Works Exist.
The world saw one. The remaining works remain unseen until assigned to a collector.
An Uncopyrightable is a one-of-one artwork hidden from the world until a collector becomes its first observer and gains sole authority over whether it remains secret or is revealed.
Beginning with Prompt #001 and culminating in Théâtre D’opéra Spatial, a journey of 624 works gave rise to a new artistic framework called Prefactual Art.

The Unseen Archive
Before Théâtre D'opéra Spatial (Space Opera Theater) became known to the world, 623 works emerged throughout its development.
The world saw one.
The remaining works remained hidden.
What Is An Uncopyrightable?
An Uncopyrightable is a sealed artifact containing a one-of-one artwork from the 624-work journey that ultimately led to Théâtre D’opéra Spatial.
Each artifact contains an 8.5 × 11 inch archival print housed within a sealed black presentation box, accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity and collector documentation.
No previews exist.
The artwork remains unseen until the collector opens the box.
Upon opening the artifact, the collector becomes the first person in the world to observe that work beyond the artist himself.
The collector then receives sole authority over whether the artwork remains preserved in private observation or is revealed to the world.
This transfer of authority is formalized through the Prefactualist’s Covenant included with the Certificate of Authenticity.
Every artifact is one-of-one and is serialized with a unique identifier printed directly within the artwork.
Every acquisition is assigned at random.
Every visual experience remains unknown until the moment of observation.
Each Uncopyrightable also includes a companion blockchain record created specifically for that artifact.
This record serves as a provenance and revelation mechanism, allowing collectors to document ownership and, if they choose, publicly reveal the artwork through the system at a later date.
Participation in the reveal process is entirely optional, provided at no additional cost, and does not affect ownership of the physical artifact.
Collectors may preserve their artwork indefinitely, reveal it publicly, or transfer that decision to a future owner.
The choice belongs to the collector.
Valence Classification
Understanding Valence Classification
Valence Classification is a unique system that categorizes each artifact according to the intensity of the artist’s personal attachment to the work.
Not all works carried the same weight.
Some were enjoyed. Some were loved. Some became favorites.
A select few were nearly impossible to let go of.
Each classification reflects a different stage of emotional investment throughout the 624-work journey, offering collectors insight into the significance each piece held for its creator.

Why Prefactual Art Exists
For years, the inability to reliably protect AI-assisted artwork created a dilemma.
The works existed.
But sharing them publicly often meant surrendering control over how they would be experienced, reproduced, or detached from their origin.
Prefactual Art was created in response to that reality.
The works contained within the Vault have never been publicly seen by anyone other than the artist.
When an artifact is assigned, the collector becomes its first observer.
From that moment forward, the collector alone holds sovereign authority over whether the work remains preserved in private observation or is revealed to the world.
If I cannot safely share these works with everyone, I can still share them with someone.
The Vault exists to guarantee every artwork at least one genuine encounter between artwork and observer.
