We highly recommend that any handling, especially framing, be done by a professional conservator or your trusted local framer. The delicate nature of the Hahnemühle paper stems from its fine texture and composition, designed to capture every detail and nuance of the artwork. This sensitivity, while contributing to the paper’s luxurious feel and high-quality print rendition, also makes it susceptible to marks, creases, and environmental factors if not handled correctly.

Entrusting the handling to experienced professionals ensures that your art remains pristine and is displayed in a way that enhances its beauty while maintaining its condition over time.

Delivery Times

Please allow 6-8 weeks for production. International customers are responsible for import fees, duties, and taxes due upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability for Damages

Please note that Art Incarnate exercises the utmost care and precision in the handling, packaging, and shipping of all artworks. Our commitment to quality ensures that every piece leaves our studio in pristine condition, packaged securely to withstand the rigors of transit.

However, once an item has been shipped, Art Incarnate cannot be held responsible for damages that occur in transit, except in cases of clear and demonstrable shipping errors attributable to us. It is essential to understand that any damage to the artwork resulting from mishandling after delivery, improper unboxing, or inadequate care is beyond our scope of responsibility.

In the event of damage during shipping, please immediately document the condition of the package and the artwork upon arrival and contact us for further assistance. We will evaluate shipping-related damage claims on a case-by-case basis. However, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to damage that occurs post-delivery or as a result of mishandling by parties other than Art Incarnate or its designated shipping agents.
